Course of Study Scholarship Request Form
Licensed Local Pastors may request a 100% scholarship for the Course of Study (COS) or Advanced Course of Study (ACOS) courses.

To request a scholarship, first acquire a PDF copy of your COS invoice or receipt from the school, and then fill out the Course of Study Scholarship Form below.

It is preferred that Course of Study scholarship funds be paid directly to the school. It can take up to 3-4 weeks for funds to reach the school, so please be mindful of this as you are submitting your request.

If you have already paid the tuition personally, you may request reimbursement with the receipt provided.

If the tuition has not yet been paid to the school, an invoice for the total amount is required. If tuition has already been paid and needs to be reimbursed to your church or to you, a receipt documenting the payment date and amount is required.
