This form is the full application for a Clergy Renewal Leave Grant through the Board of Ordained Ministry in the Baltimore-Washington Conference. The due date for applying, including submission of the 3 required recommendations, is September 1 by 11:59 pm. Please be sure to submit your application well in advance of the deadline so that your recommendations are returned before September 1. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
