MEF Request Clergy Form

Clergy Ministerial Education Funds Request Form
Ministerial Education Funds may be requested for clergy continuing education or clergy care & wellness. Active clergy requesting MEF should first deplete their local church budget for clergy continuing education.

It is preferred that MEF funds be paid directly to the organization or person providing a service. It can take up to 3-4 weeks for funds to be disbursed, so please be mindful of this as you are submitting your request.

If you have already paid the tuition personally, you may request reimbursement with an itemized receipt provided.

If the tuition has not yet been paid to the school, an invoice for the total amount is required.

Please be sure you have a W-9 form and Direct Deposit Authorization form on file with the BWCUMC in order to process payment.
