    There are currently three opportunties to join:

    CoLab A: January 2027 - June 2027

    CoLab B: July 2027 - November 2027

    CoLab C: September 2027 - February 2028 

    Cohort Overview

    By registering for this opportunity, you and your team step into a shared process of listening, imagination, and faithful experimentation as you explore what it means to more fully engage all generations in the life of worship. Over the course of this journey, your team will join with other congregations to reflect, try new practices, and learn together—supported by experienced coaches and shaped by the voices within your own community, especially those often overlooked.

    This form will help us understand your team, your context, and your hopes for the work ahead so that we can prepare thoughtfully for the journey we will share.

  • CoLab Schedule
    Five CoLab Gatherings + Six Coaching Sessions

    We will do our best to schedule monthly cohort gatherings on a day and time that is feasible for all teams. Please share your team's availability below. While we cannot guarantee a perfect fit for everyone, we will take all responses into careful consideration.

     

    • CoLab Gatherings:
      - Virtual
      - Once per month (January - June; no group session in March)
      - 2nd week of January; 1st week of subsequent months; day of the week will be determined based on availablility 

    • Coaching Sessions:
      - Virtual
      - Once per month (January - June)
      - Scheduled directly between your church and your coach
